Delivery Time= Processing Time (about 2-3 business days) + Shipping Time (about 4 - 10 business days)

How long will I receive my parcel?

Based on the areas.

Orders from the US, Canada, and Mexico: 7-12 days(Canada a little bit longer)

Orders from the UK, Germany, Spain, France, and Italy: 7-10 days

The rest of Europe: 8-15 days 

Asia: 5-8 days

Australia and NZ: 7-12 days

Africa: 8-15 days

South America: 7-14 days

14-DAY RETURN CONDITIONS:

Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in a new and resellable shape.

Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) will not be taken responsibility.

Please inform us of the tracking number and write your Order Number and your Full Name in the returned package.

If you want to exchange for a different length or item, the amount of the goods will be recalculated based on the price on the site.

Each order only allows return once.

Do not allow returns once we ship out the items until they arrive at the destination.

GLACIERBOY will not bear shipping costs except in the following circumstance

* Customer received the wrong item. (please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will arrange the correct item and you can still keep the wrong one for free

* The item is broken, and defective. (For broken or defective items, customers need to contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcels)

HOW TO RETURN?
Please carefully package the item you are returning with the original packaging accompanied by the appropriate sales slip. Once your package is prepared, please contact our customer service to get further details of returning address.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
It may take 2-3 weeks to receive the returned item and once processing your return, we will send a confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Once submitted, refunds will be transferred to your bank account in two to ten business days.

DUTIES & TAXES

US, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Korea, and Japan will be free from taxes based on our shipping history.

For the rest of the world: any import duties and taxes are charged(If there are taxes) once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
