Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. The products must be returned in a new and resellable shape.

Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, etc.) will not be taken responsibility.

Please inform us of the tracking number and write your Order Number and your Full Name in the returned package.

If you want to exchange for a different length or item, the amount of the goods will be recalculated based on the price on the site.

Each order only allows return once.

Do not allow returns once we ship out the items until they arrive at the destination.

GLACIERBOY will not bear shipping costs except in the following circumstance

* Customer received the wrong item. (please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order and we will arrange the correct item and you can still keep the wrong one for free

MAINTAINENCE

1. Avoid making contact with swear or perfume.
2. Try not to contact with water too much to keep the item in good shape.
3. Use the polishing cloth dipped in medical alcohol to keep the product clean and shiny.
4. To maintain the item please use the wiping cloth after wearing or contacting with sweat.
5. Place the item in the box when not in use.

If you wanna repair or repolish your purchased items, the shipping fee must be covered by yourself and 10% product price will be charged.

Ship back the item and let us know the shipping number and we will do the job once it's arrived.
